We recently discovered a few errors in our 2021 Over-the-Counter (OTC) Catalog. Here’s what you need to know.

What are we doing? 

We’ve updated our website to reflect the changes. We’re also re-printing our OTC catalogs. New standalone catalogs should be available to order by Friday, October 16. All sales kits assembled after October 16 will also include the new OTC catalog.

How does this impact members who are 1/1 effective?

Members who are 1/1 effective will get the corrected version of the OTC catalog in their welcome kits.

What action do you need to take?

Make sure you read the list of changes below. If you have members who were impacted and have questions, please tell them to call our Guide team at 1-800 -338-6833 TTY 711. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to Agent Support at any time.
