Due to the current situation with COVID-19 a decision has been made to close all CarePlus offices starting tomorrow, Wednesday March 18th, until further notice. For those of you that rely on visiting one of our offices we wanted to give you some resources to help serve your members remotely.

- If you need to fax applications make sure you are using the paper app cover sheet(first page of the paper application) and sending to fax # 855-819-8679 (don’t fax applications to the local CarePlus Office).
- If you need Sales kits please visit www.carepluskits.com to have kits delivered to your home (please find instructions here).

If you are doing telephonic presentations:

- Review the Policy on Telephonic Sales Presentations.
- Leverage the IVR system to complete a Scope of Appointment 888-685-8606 (please see attached instructions).
- You can use FastApp on the agent portal to do telephonic signature, IVR Signature. Find instructions here.
