MCC Brokerage Presents: New Agent Training! This program is designed to provide agents with the knowledge and skills to grow their business in Medicare sales. Our training is broken down into 3 easy steps. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Train
Get an in-depth review of Medicare, products, sales and marketing strategies, and technology you can use to boost your sales. Learn tips and tricks of the trade and kickstart a successful AEP!
Step 2: Prep
Prepare for AEP with a portfolio review! Evaluate your plans and carriers to ensure you are providing your clients with their top choices. Finish contracting with new carriers and states and schedule a review with your sales director today!
Step 3: Sell Confidently
Put your skills to the test! Utilize your newly acquired knowledge to confidently sell new products, exercise new marketing tactics, and maximize sales potential.
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! New Agent Training is held twice a week over the course of two weeks. Each session is held from 10 am to 12 pm ET, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, conducted virtually via Zoom. Agents will have access to a comprehensive training library with handbooks, sales guides, scripts, and other essential materials to reinforce learning. They will also be eligible for a CRM account upon the completion of training and will have access to SunFire and CSG to gain enrollment experience.
