Training and Additional Information
Currently, MCC is not hosting webinars through the holidays, but will begin again once a week in January. Meena Marzano walks agents through MCC EZ-Enroll – from how to log in and update profile information to how to create and email a plan comparison, including sorting results by annual medical or prescription costs. Agents will also learn how to send a Scope of Appointment via text message and email, as well as how to complete an enrollment, either while in-person with a client or working remotely with their client.
