MCC EZ-Enroll – Applications Made Easy

MCC EZ-Enroll not only makes enrollments quicker and more accurate, but also offers secure processing and storage of completed Scope of Appointment and enrollment forms.

  • Self-enrollment option for clients by agent’s Personalized URL (PURL)

Each agent receives their own personal URL for clients to enroll directly. The PURL can be shared on social media, agent websites, flyers and other marketing materials allowing clients to build their own plan comparisons and enroll without agent assistance.

Training and Additional Information

Currently, MCC is not hosting webinars through the holidays, but will begin again once a week in January. Meena Marzano walks agents through MCC EZ-Enroll – from how to log in and update profile information to how to create and email a plan comparison, including sorting results by annual medical or prescription costs. Agents will also learn how to send a Scope of Appointment via text message and email, as well as how to complete an enrollment, either while in-person with a client or working remotely with their client.
